• 2 cups cake flour or 1 3/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour sifted
• 1/2 cup HERSHEY’S Cocoa or HERSHEY’S SPECIAL DARK Cocoa
• 2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups packed light brown sugar
• 2/3 cup butter, softened
• 3 eggs
• 1 tablespoon strong coffee
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 container dairy sour cream (8 oz)
• 3/4 cup boiling water
