- 2 packets Tennis/coconut biscuits
- 4 knobs of Clover butter, melted
- For the filling:
- Clover Classic vanilla custard
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 4 tablespoons water
- 2 bananas, mashed with a fork
- For the topping
- 2 bananas
- 3 tablespoons castor sugar
- 3 flake chocolates
- Toasted coconut shavings
- Whipped Clover cream (aerosol can)
