• 2 lb 80/20 ground beef
• 1 White onion, chopped
• 2 tbsp El Yucateco Green Habanero sauce, plus more for serving
• 2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp Chili powder
• 1 tbsp Smoked paprika
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1/2 can (14 oz) Diced tomatoes
• 1/3 cup Beer, ale or lager
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1/2 cup Sour cream
