A Tailor at Home Cocktail - twimii
Tailors Speakeasy is a bar in Luxembourg and they make a fabulous cocktails, one of being the wonderful A Tailor at Home.
Ingredients
- 100g caster sugar
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 100ml water
- crushed ice
- 1 shot of good quality gin, I used an egg cup to measure out my shots
- a squeeze fresh lime juice, plus a wedge for decoration
- Prosecco
