Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- Add 3-4 tablespoon Gelatine (I added extra gelatine so it firm's up a bit more)
- Add a nice Drop of Pink Food colouring
- Add Vanilla essence
- And now beat up with electric hand beater till nice and foamy
- Sprinkle some at bottom of a small square casserole
- Allow it to set in fridge to firm up nicely
