- 1 1/2 cup(s) homemade oat flour (simply put oatmeal in a blender, until it resembles ap flour. nothing fancy here. measure after putting it into blender.)
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 5 tablespoon(s) honey
- 1 tablespoon(s) molasses
- 1 tablespoon(s) brown sugar *note: you can increase this amount, if you don't need to watch your sugar intake. this was developed for someone who was pre-diabetic.
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 5 tablespoon(s) canola oil
- 1/2 cup(s) applesauce, not chunky
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 3 large snack-size boxes of raisins (1 oz. each) no need to soak raisins. there is plenty of moisture in dough.
- - optionally, you could add or substitute walnuts, pecans, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, cinnamon... whatever sounds good to you.
