- 1/2 cup Buckeye Vodka
- 1 large Tomato, chopped
- 1/2 Yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeno, finely diced
- 1 tsp. Minced garlic
- 1 tsp. Taco seasoning
- 1 tsp. Tajin seasoning
- Fresh cilantro, to taste
