• 1-pound ground ostrich (defrost first)
• 1 medium red bell pepper diced
• 1 TBSP Oil
• 1 can tomatoes diced
• 1 medium white onion diced
• 1 cup beef broth
• 2 garlic cloves minced
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1-2 Jalapeno diced
• 1 can kidney beans or a mix of beans
• 3 TBSP Chili powder
• ½ tsp kosher salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
