• 8 oz. Baby Bella mushrooms (sliced)
• 3 cloves garlic (sliced thin)
• 2 whole lemons (only use the juice )
• 1 cup chicken stock
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley
• 1/2 cup coconut milk
• 2 tbsp. olive oil
• pinch salt and pepper (to taste )
