Ingredients: Melt the butter and the chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water. Put the McVITIE’S DIGESTIVES © into a bag and crush with a rolling pin.; Stir the sugar, vanilla extract, egg, McVITIE’S DIGESTIVES © crumbs, coconut and walnuts into the butter and chocolate mixture. Mix well.; Press this mixture into an ungreased 23cm square cake tin. Refrigerate.; Mix the butter, milk, icing sugar and vanilla extract together. Spread this over the crumb mixture and chill again.; Melt the milk chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water and spread evenly over the chilled filling.; Chill again and cut into small squares before the chocolate layer completely sets. Top each square with a white chocolate chips.
