• 3/4 cup black cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3/4 cup olive oil or melted earth balance
• 1/4 cup applesauce
• 2 tsp hot sauce (I used Cloud23 sweet jalapeno)
• 1/8 cup hot boiling water
