Grilled Tequila Lime Chicken

Ingredients

• 2 Tbs lime zest
• 1/4 cup tequila, like Patron Silver
• 1/4 cup Olive Oil
• 6 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 small jalapeño, chopped
• 1 tsp coriander
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 1 tsp cracked pepper
• 1 Tbs agave or honey
• 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, pounded
• 2 Tbs Olivio Buttery Spray (or Olivio Vegan Buttery Spread for Dairy-Free)
• Cilantro and Lime for garnish
