Creamy Garlic Shrimp Gelson's

Ingredients

• 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• Kosher salt, to taste
• Freshly ground Gelson’s black pepper, to taste
• 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
• 6 garlic cloves, minced
• ½ cup dry white wine or chicken broth
• 1 ½ cups heavy cream
• 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 lb cooked spaghetti (optional)
• 2 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
