Pancakes Bokolgny Style – Recipe Wise

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 pinch salt
• peanut oil , for greasing pan
• 1/2 lb veal stew meat , cut into 1-inch cubes
• 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast , cut into 1-inch cubes
• 2 cups chicken stock
• 3 cups paprika gravy ( see recipe in this cookbook )
• salt & freshly ground black pepper
• 1 tablespoon freshly rendered lard
• 1 cup sour cream
