Ingredients

• 1 Cauliflower (medium size, washed, separated into florets, chopped)
• 4 Onions (finely chopped)
• 8 cloves Garlic
• 10 Cashewnuts
• 8 Dry Red Chillies
• 1 pc Cinnamon (one inch)
• 1 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
• 2 Cloves
• 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
• 1 cup Coconut (grated)
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
• 1 tbsp Gasa Gasa
• 2 Tomatoes (pureed)
• Coriander Leaves (few, chopped)
• 3 tbsp Oil
• Salt as per taste
