Ingredients

• 2/3 cup chilled buttermilk
• 1 egg
• 2 � cups flour
• 4 tsp. baking powder
• 2 tsp. sugar
• ½ tsp. salt
• ¼ cup Crisco, cold and cut into small pieces
• 7 Tbs. butter, cold and cut into small pieces
