A delicious and easy homemade sweet chili sauce. I think it's better than the ready-made one you can buy in the store.
Ingredients
- 100 g (1 dl) Rice Vinegar
- 100 g (1 dl) Water
- 90 g (1 dl) Cane Sugar
- 30 g (2 Tbsp) Sambal Oelek
- 5 g (1 tsp) Soy Sauce
- 5 g (1 pcs) Garlic Clove
- 2 g (1 tsp) Ginger
- 0.2 g (2 drops) Food coloring, red
- 5.5 g (2 tsp) Corn Starch
