Double-Chocolate OREO Fudge
This amazing fudge candy combines two of the best flavors. A layer of chocolate macadamia fudge is covered with a layer of vanilla cookies and creme fudge.
Ingredients
- 6 cups sugar, divided
- 1½ cups butter or margarine, divided
- 2 small evaporated milk (about 2/3 cup each)
- 3 pkg. semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 2 jars marshmallow creme, divided
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- 2 tsp. vanilla, divided
- 3 pkg. white baking chocolate
- 8 OREO Cookies, chopped
