Ingredients
- 2 cups sifted all purpose flour
- couple/three dashes of salt
- 2/3 cup of shortning (I like the yellow Crisco)
- 5 - 7 tablespoons of water (I just put it under the faucet till it's about right, not too sticky but holds dough together)
- pack it all together, but don't over do it!
- makes enough for 2 crusts 8 or 9 inch pie
