Pizza Rolls recipe by Hajira

Ingredients

• 2 cups cake flour
• ½ tablespoon instant yeast
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• ¼ cup oil
• ½ cup milk
• ½ cup water
• 1 heaped cup chicken fillet cubed
• Blob of butter
• 2 tablespoon Olive oil
• 1 teaspoon Robertson chicken spice
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon red masala
• 1 tablespoon tomato purée
• Salt to taste
• ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
• 1 teaspoon Paprika
• A good sprinkling of Inna Paarman green onion, garlic pepper, & Cajun
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoon Nandos Bushveld braai (bbq)
• 1 tablespoon mustard sauce
• Cubed tri colour peppers
• Chopped spring onions
• Grated cheddar and mozzarella
