• 1 cup Boiron frozen passion fruit, thawed
• ¾ cup water
• ½ ounce lime juice (optional)
• 1 to 1 ½ ounces vodka
• 2 to 3 pumps vanilla bean syrup (homemade or store-bought)
• ½ ounce Passoa passion fruit liqueur
• 1 slice fresh passion fruit or star fruit, for garnish
• 2 ounces Blanc de Blancs champagne, for serving
• 1 oz Italian White Sturgeon Caviar
