• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
• 1 cup persimmon pulp (approximately two large hachiya persimmons )
• 2 large oranges, zested
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup melted butter, cooled
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 1 cup raisins
• 1 cup toasted walnuts, crumbled
