• 3 ripe bananas
• 1/2 cup butter, room temp
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup cold butter, cubed
• 2 cups light brown sugar
• Optional glaze:
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1-2 tablespoons milk
