Ingredients: 5 – 3 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken (Thighs are the best); Salt & Pepper; 1 cup honey; ? cup of Soy Sauce; 3 tbl spoons Oyster Sauce; 2 tbl spoons Sesame Oil; 4 tbl spoons Ketchup; 2 cloves garlic (minced); ? tsp Red Pepper Flakes (Optional also feel free to increase for more of a kick. I used 3 tsp); 4 tbl spoons of diced onion (Feel free to add more); Sesame Seeds; 5 tbl spoons cornstarch & 6 tbl spoons of water
