Ingredients

• 2.2 pounds (1 kg) ground beef
• 1 (1 oz or 30 g) package of ranch dressing mix
• 1 (2 oz or 60 g) whole egg
• 3/4 cup (75 g) saltine crackers, crushed
• 1/2 cup (3 oz or 85 g) chopped onion
• 1/4 cup (0.5 oz or 15 g) fresh coriander or cilantro
• fresh ground black pepper
