One of our favourite pork chop recipes. Sweet and orange-y. We like to serve this with rice.
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops (I prefer boneless center loin chops)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- salt
- 1 medium orange
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 whole cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
