- 500g Stefano sausages of your choice
- 2 sheets commercial puff pastry, thawed
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 egg, beaten with 1 tablespoon water or milk
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ onion, minced
- ½ carrot, diced
- 1 tbsp hot peppers in oil
- 1 cup Stefano marinara sauce
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3-4 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 3 tsp sriracha (optional)
