• 330g steak mince, washed and drained overnight- unwashed if not
• 1 teaspoon Green Chilli paste
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon Onion powder
• 1 teaspoon Wosteshire sauce
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1 tablespoons tomato sauce
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 1 small gherkin, chopped
• 1 small onion, chopped
• A dash of parsley
• Sugar to balance out the tangy taste
• 1 sliced onion
