- Chimichurri (recipe below)
- Sweet drop peppers
- Cilantro
- Manchego cheese
- 1 bunch parsley, super finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 ounces extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ounce red wine vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
