• 60 g light spelt flour
• 20 g crushed linseed
• 50 g sunflower seeds
• some sunflower seeds
• 180 g cream cheese, plain
• 2 bunch radishes incl. green parts
• a little garden cress
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 50 g rolled oats
• 40 g black sesame seeds
• ¼ tsp salt
