• 2 teaspoons curry powder
• ½ teaspoon ground ginger
• ¼ cup whole milk
• ¼ cup buttermilk
• 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 1-2 tablespoons Hoff’s Mean Green hot sauce
