- ½ cup crabapple or balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup Dark Robust Taste maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
