Ingredients

• 70 g breadcrumbs
• 150 ml milk
• 1/2 onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 tsp thyme, dried
• 1 tsp rosemary, dried
• 500 g beef mince
• 1 egg
• 500 ml tomato paste
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 tl rosemary, dried
• 1 sl chopped fresh basil
• 1 sl red wine vinegar
• 2 sl coconut palm sugar
• Salt, black pepper
• 150 g grated cheese
• Fresh basil leaves for garnish
