• 3/4 cup bread flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp kosher salt
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 large egg, room temperature
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)
• 6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
• 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened to room temperature
• 1 & 3/4 cups confectioners sugar
• Pinch of salt
• 1–2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 cup sprinkles for topping
