Easy airfryer roast potato salad

Ingredients

• 650 g kipfler potatoes
• 1 tbsp bicarb soda
• 3 eggs
• 100 g bacon
• ½ cup whole egg mayonnaise
• ½ cup Greek yoghurt
• 1 tbsp toum or half a clove grated garlic
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp capers
• 2 tbsp parsley
• 2 tbsp chives
• ¼ cup dill
• ½ red onion
• Salt and pepper
