Ingredients

• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 cup confectioners’ sugar, sifted
• 2 cups flour
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 teaspoon almond extract
• 1 teaspoon water
• 1/3 cup toasted sliced almonds, ground
• Confectioners’ sugar, for garnish
