Large wrap packed with crunchy rainbow-coloured vegetables and grilled Halloumi strips in sweet chilli sauce.
Ingredients
- For the Halloumi:1 tbsp oil
- 100g Halloumi, sliced 1/2cm thick
- 2 tbsp Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Sauce
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- Black pepperFor the wrap:1 tortilla wrap
- Handful of watercress, rocket or baby spinach (or a mixture)
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 1/2 a yellow pepper, deseeded and sliced
- 2 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 a small red onion, finely sliced
