Slowcooker Beef Meatballs, Onions & Gravy | Bored of Lunch
Slowcooker beef meatballs with gravy is a real nostalgic flashback dinner for me. I think every grandparent in Ireland made this! Try it for yourself.
Ingredients
- 500g (1 lb 2 oz) of meatballs, you can buy pre rolled or make your own
- 2 x onions cut into rings
- 2-3 tbsp tomato purée
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper
- 400ml (14 fl oz) of beef stock
- 2 tbsp Bisto gravy powder with 50ml (1.7 fl oz) water
