Ingredients: Midamar Breakfast Beef (Aka Beef Bacon); choice of lettuce (we used romaine); 6-7 slices of provolone; Midamar Halal Pepperoni; Midamar Halal Salami; ½ red onion, cut in half and sliced; 1 jar of spicy banana peppers, drained; 2/3 cup mayonnaise; ~½ cup Italian dress; Italian seasoning to taste; salt and pepper to taste; Italian bread loaf, slice with cutting all the way through the bread and remove some of the interior of the bread
