- 1 tablespoon dried hibiscus flowers
- 1 tablespoon of chopped gentian root
- 0.5 ounce Bittermilk N.5 Charred Grapefruit Tonic Syrup
- 1.5 ounces hibiscus and gentian infusion
- 1 ounce orange peel ginger tea
- Splash of seltzer
- 3 dashes Scrappy’s Cardamom Bitters
- 2 dashes Dashfire Bay Leaf Bitters
