Whipped Feta Stuffed Sweet Peppers recipe by Ruhana Ebrahim

Ingredients

• 1 packet Woolworths/ Checkers sweet snacking peppers
• 1 tub Lancewood plain cream cheese
• 250g danish feta cheese
• Freshly cracked black pepper
• ½ teaspoon paprika
• Pinch salt
• ½ teaspoon garlic paste
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• Chopped chives
• 1. Slice peppers in half lengthwise.
• 2. Remove seeds & rinse peppers.
• 3. Beat cream cheese, feta, lemon, garlic & spices till smooth.
• 4. Spoon into peppers.
• 5. Garnish with chopped chives.
