Asian Beef Bowl – Leon's Blog

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp Hoisin
• 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
• 1 tbsp Chinese Cooking Wine or Mirin
• 3 tbsp Dark Soy
• 2 tsp White Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
• 1/4 tsp Pepper
• 1 tbsp Sesame O il
• 2 Garlic Cloves (finely chopped)
• 1 Onion, (finely chopped)
• 500 Lean Beef Mince
• 1/2 cup Spring Onions ( sliced)
• Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside
• Fry the garlic and onion in some sesame oil for a minute or 2
