• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• Pinch of ground cardamom
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 1/4 cups non-fat buttermilk
• 1 cup blueberries (optional)

• 1/4 cup Florida Orange Juice
• 1/2 cup maple syrup
