• 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 3/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
• 1 small red onion, sliced
• 1 green pepper, sliced
• 1 orange pepper, sliced
• 2 cup chicken breasts, fully cooked and sliced
