Ingredients

• 3 cups of flouwer
• 1 cup cold butter
• Pinch of salt
• 10 apples
• Juice of 1 lemon
• ½ tbsp cinnamon
• 4 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp corn flour
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 4 tbsp butter
• ¼ cup cream
• 1 cup cortas tahini
• 1 egg
• Sprinkle of sugar
