Ingredients
- 500 ml milk
- 1 ½ teaspoon ghas powder
- 1 teaspoon strawberry essence
- 1-2 drops pink gel color
- 2 tablespoon condensed milk
- ½ cup fresh cream
- Add about ¼ cup strawberry syrup (depending on taste, if too concentrated add little less) essence and col. Bring to boil. Remove from heat add condensed milk and cream.
- Allow to set.
- Cream layer :
- ½ tin condensed milk
- ½ cup cream.
