Ingredients

• For the cake :
• 2 1/2 C All-purpose flour
• 2 C Sugar
• 1 t Salt
• 2/3 C Cocoa powder
• 2 t Baking soda
• 2 C Coffee (or water)
• 2/3 C Vegetable oil
• 2 t Vanilla extract
• 2 t Vinegar (apple cider or distilled white vinegar)
• For the ganache :
• 3/4 lb Bittersweet chocolate (12 OZ or approx. 2 C) min. 54% cocoa mass
• 1 C Full-fat coconut milk
