- 125g good quality dark chocolate, broken into pieces
- 2 tbsp boiling water
- 100g good quality plain chocolate
- 25g unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp double cream
- 2 tbsp icing sugar, sifted
- cornflour, for dusting
- 250g ready-made green fondant icing, for the leaves
- 6 Oreo cookies, split, cream removed and crushed
