Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala
• 2 teaspoon red chillie paste(depends hw strong u want it)
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander)/Jeeru (Cumin) ground powder
• 3tlb vinegar
• 1onion grated
• 1tomato liquidised
• A little oil for vagaar
• 2cloves 2sticks cinnamon and 4pods Elachi (cardomom)
• cubed and fried and tomato wedges.
• 1 inkomas
• Green chutney
• Salt
