- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
- 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander)/Jeeru (Cumin) ground powder
- 3tlb vinegar
- 1onion grated
- 1tomato liquidised
- A little oil for vagaar
- 2cloves 2sticks cinnamon and 4pods Elachi (cardomom)
- cubed and fried and tomato wedges.
- 1 inkomas
- Green chutney
- Salt
